Miracle Miles at it again!

Today, we took 20  minutes of our club time and WALKED!

 

Do you know walking just 30 minutes a day is good for your heart?  Just a brisk 30 minutes every day can increase your cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your bones, reduce your excess body fat, and boost your muscle power and endurance.  It can also reduce your risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and some cancers.

 

Look at The Miracle Miles Club walking today to one of Leslie Sansone's Brisk 20 minutes walk.  Our heart rates went up, we broke a little sweat, and we enjoyed walking with a partner. Come join us as we have set aside at least 20 minutes everyday to walk.
